No refunds will be given for digital download purchases from our site. Because of the nature of the digital, intangible products, it is not possible to “return” the template and ensure that the license is no longer used. 

If Franklin & Willow does determine, in it’s sole discretion, that a “return” may be appropriate for any digital products from franklinandwillow.com/shop, you expressly recognize and agree that you’re asking for a refund on a product that you already have. Therefore you also expressly agree and understand that if Franklin & Willow feels generous enough to allow you a “return”, they may charge a twenty percent (20%) fee in addition to the price of each item of each item that they can prove you have either opened, downloaded, unzipped or viewed. If you do wish to return a previously-purchased intangible item and wish to incur the twenty percent (20%) fee, you must contact Franklin & Willow within five (5) calendar days, and we will enter into a separate agreement.

YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES A LICENSE FOR ONE USE. 
Franklin & Willow grants each customer one non-transferable license(s) to use the design for internal use. You may only use this template in one single website, whether it is for free or for fee. Use of this template on more than one website is prohibited. To use this template on more than one website, a second license (template) must be purchased. 

The customer may not sell the originally-purchased license key to others (such as clients) for commercial use. In addition, the customer may not sublicense any rights to distribute the license fee to any person or entity. Reselling or redistribution of the template(s) is strictly prohibited. 

LOSS OF DIGITAL DOWNLOAD 
If you do not receive a digital download PDF with your Showit template key and instructions within 1 of calendar day of your purchase, you must notify us within 10 days of the originally purchase date. Any decisions regarding whether or not to replace a lost item are within our sole discretion, upon timely notice. 

SITE CREDITS & AFFILIATE PROGRAM 
Each template has a “site credit” in the footer. Unless you are another designer, we do not require that you leave this site credit on your final website; however, it would be much appreciated if you do. All customers will be invited to join the Franklin & Willow Affiliate Program where you may use the link provided in your footer. 

DESIGNER NOTE: 
Designers are not permitted to purchase a design from the shop to use as a starting point in your account for your clients. Your clients must purchase the template themselves. If you are customizing the template for your own business or for a client, you are not permitted to claim credit for the design of the website template, and you must provide credit in the footer as follows:

FONT USAGE 
This template may have been designed with a specialty font for additional design styling. If indicated in the product description “font purchase required”, you are required to purchase the specialty font from the original font designer, using the link provided. The use of a font without having one’s own license of the font is strictly prohibited.
